THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Oct. 22, 2025 – SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates, announced a new market structure designed to enhance commercial intensity and strengthen customer engagement across the globe.
The company is transitioning to five key markets — Core Solutions, Fuel & Lubricants, Oilfield, Plastics, and Rubber & Adhesives. With a sharper focus on these markets, the company will build a stronger alignment with customer needs and growth opportunities.
As part of this evolution, SI Group is moving from a strategic business-based sales model to a regional sales team structure globally. This change is designed to increase responsiveness, strengthen customer relationships, and provide a more unified approach to market coverage across the Americas, EMEA, India, and APAC.
Paul Tilley has been appointed Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, and will continue to serve on SI Group’s Executive Leadership Team. With more than 30 years at the company, Paul brings deep industry knowledge and a long history of building trusted, lasting customer relationships. In addition, Robert Kaiser has been appointed Vice President of Strategic Marketing, where he will oversee the newly defined markets and lead initiatives that fuel innovation, growth, and market differentiation. Robert joined SI Group in 2014 and has a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and market landscape.
“These changes are all about meeting market needs and providing innovative products and excellent service to our customers,” said Tilley. “By aligning our commercial and marketing teams around regions and markets where we can make the biggest impact, we’re able to improve customer relationships and better solve unmet market needs.”
