Kaiser joins Executive Leadership Team to advance the company’s commercial growth strategy

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – July 13, 2026 – SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates, announced Robert Kaiser has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing and will join the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Kaiser has extensive commercial experience in the chemical industry and will lead market-focused growth initiatives while strengthening alignment between customer needs and SI Group’s long-term business strategy.
Since joining SI Group in 2014, he has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility across strategic marketing and business development. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in shaping the company's portfolio and market strategy, while driving cross-functional alignment on critical growth initiatives. Prior to joining SI Group, he held commercial leadership roles at AkzoNobel and Arizona Chemical (now part of Kraton Corporation).
