THE WOODLANDS, Texas – March 16, 2023 – SI Group, a global leader in the innovative technology of performance additives, will present its latest additives designed to increase sustainability, including its EVERCYCLE™ platform, at Chinaplas 2023 from April 17-20 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Conference Center, PR China. As a leader in plastics additives, SI Group has been focusing its research and development efforts on creating solutions that meet the increasing sustainability demands of the plastics industry. Recently, the company published its first Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report, which outlined its pillars for sustainable product development, including minimizing waste and improving carbon footprint and resource efficiency.
Chinaplas 2023 attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about how SI Group’s solutions, such as WESTON™ 705 antioxidant, EVERCYCLE™ additives, and SI Group’s portfolio of specialty antioxidants are contributing to a more circular economy in Asia Pacific. In addition to developing more sustainable solutions, SI Group has continued to invest in the Asia Pacific region to enhance security of supply for its customers. Most recently, the company announced an expansion of phenolic antioxidant capacity at its Jinshan, China facility, and an expansion of its WESTON™ 705 production in the region. “As polymer production and consumer demand in Asia Pacific continues to grow, SI Group has committed to serving its customers through its many recent investments in the region,” said David Lu, SI Group’s VP & Managing Director - Asia Pacific. “In addition to expanding our manufacturing footprint, SI Group has a growing team of sales and customer support representatives dedicated to supporting our partners.
