SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Jan. 26, 2022 – SI Group, a global leader in the innovative technology of performance additives announced today a price increase for all phosphite antioxidant products of up to 40% depending on the product line and region. Brands affected by this price increase include ALKANOX™, WESTON™, ULTRANOX™, and ANOX™ NDB™ blends that contain the aforementioned product brands. The price increase is effective Feb. 1, 2022, or as contracts allow.
SI Group continues to invest in serving its customers despite dynamic market conditions including major raw material shortages and rising global supply chain costs. “Raising prices on these brands will support SI Group’s investment and commitment to the plastics and elastomers markets. The phosphite market conditions and global supply chain situation have continued to intensify; however, we remain committed to delivering quality products to our valued customers in these key markets,” said Chuck Reardon, Vice President Plastics Solutions.
SI Group’s sales representatives will communicate new pricing information with existing customers for all affected products.
