Led by CEO David Bradley, our executive team showcases expertise in the chemical industry as well as strong business & financial management. Our leaders have collective prior experience from industry-leading companies and are committed to our people, our processes, and our growth.
David joined SI Group as President & Chief Executive Officer in March 2019. He comes to SI Group having most recently served as President and CEO of Nexeo Solutions, an international distributor of chemicals, plastics, composites, and environmental services, since 2011.
Previously, David spent seven years at Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. where he held several key executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Global Operations, and Vice President of Business Transformation. Prior to joining Kraton, he served as the Lexan Manufacturing Manager at GE Plastics’ Mount Vernon, Indiana, site. Mr. Bradley served in a variety of leadership positions for GE Plastics from 1994 to 2004, which included roles in business process development and Six Sigma.
David holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
Mike joined SI Group in 2020, responsible for global legal and regulatory affairs. He comes to SI Group with a strong combination of legal experience and business leadership, having most recently led several global functional teams at Nexeo Solutions, including a role as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to Nexeo, Mike strengthened his legal experience at firms throughout Texas, including TPG Capital, L.P. in Fort Worth, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Dallas.
Mike holds a B.A. from Trinity University, as well as degrees from Southern Methodist University in Dallas including a J.D. from the Dedman School of Law and an MBA from the Cox School of Business.
Joey joined SI Group as Senior Vice President & President – Additives in September 2019, prior to stepping into his current role as Chief Commercial Officer. He came to SI Group having most recently served as Vice President of Focused Industries for Univar Solutions, overseeing the combined market-focused specialties businesses of Univar and Nexeo Solutions. He joined Nexeo Solutions in October 2011 as Vice President of Marketing for the Chemicals business. Before that, he served in several capacities for Curtiss Wright Flow Control from 2008 through 2011, most recently as General Manager of their Valves & Mechanisms group. Prior to Curtiss Wright, Joey was the Vice President of Marketing for Alimak Hek Inc.
He holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
Rustom joined SI Group as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. He comes to SI Group with nearly 20 years of experience as the CFO of public and private equity-backed global manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Most recently, Rustom served as CFO for International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc. (IFF), leading their global financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and tax teams, as well as complex and strategic integration activities. Prior to this role, he has held CFO positions at various global organizations, including MSC Industrial Direct, Dematic Group, and Ansell Limited, leading global Finance teams. In this role at SI Group, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial operations, including finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and tax.
Rustom earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka, and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Policy & Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Brooke joined SI Group in 2013 as the Public Relations and Marketing Communications Manager. She has since held several leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Director, Global Talent Development, Brand & Communications. In that role, she led the company’s global talent and leadership development strategy, employee engagement initiatives, succession planning, and early career programs. In 2015, Brooke directed SI Group’s global brand transformation, an 18-month project that impacted customers in over 90 countries and facilities on five continents.
Prior to joining SI Group, Brooke held leadership roles in a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial, education, non-profit, and public affairs. Her 20-year career encompasses a diverse range of functions including human resources, communications, strategic marketing, and strategy development.
Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Russian area studies from American University in Washington D.C., and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, beginning his career at SI Group as a plant engineer in 1993. Paul then went on to hold several roles including a four-year assignment in England as the Managing Director of SI Group-UK, Ltd.
Returning to the U.S. in 2003, Paul assumed the role of Vice President of the Chemical Division. In 2008, as Senior Vice President of SI Group, he led the transformation to a market-focused organization and is credited with the development of the company’s first global market strategy.
In 2013, Paul was appointed Senior Vice President, North America and Global Key Accounts. In 2016, Paul was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Excellence and Global Key Accounts overseeing commercial and operational excellence, and as a result of his longstanding customer relationships, all global key accounts. In his current role, Paul is focused on the company's step-out growth, development projects and M&A activities.
Paul graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Walsh joined SI Group as Senior Vice President, Operations in May 2023. He comes to SI Group with nearly 30 years of global supply chain and operations leadership at multiple global manufacturing businesses in a variety of industries.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Operations for Wilsonart. Prior to this role, he led manufacturing sites and organizations at several global organizations including Danaher Corporation, Henkel, Novartis, and Merck.
Walsh earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from Rider University.
Prior to joining SI Group in 2018, Rich served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Addivant. Rich has more than 30 years of manufacturing expertise in leading Fortune 500 and private equity-owned organizations.
Prior to his experience at Addivant, Rich served as Chief Operations Officer at Avantor Performance Materials and for the solar division of STR Holdings, Inc. He also served as Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Vertellus Specialities, Inc., as well as leading roles at E.I. Dupont de Nemours & Co., Honeywell International, and Celanese Corporation. Rich has deep experience and business acumen in driving manufacturing excellence on a global scale.
Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University.
