HRJ-11331 is a heat reactive alkylphenol resin and is supplied in flake form. HRJ-11331 is primarily used in conjunction with chloroprene rubber to produce general purpose solvent-based contact cements and is resistant to sintering upon storage due to its high melting point.

This resin is most widely used in the formulation of polychloroprene contact cements that exhibit very high temperature performance and resistance to phasing.
